Alastair McPhee

The charity was founded by 6th-year pupil of Bishopbriggs High School Alastair McPhee in 1982. Alastair remains the Managing Editor of the service and Managing Director of the enterprise arm, Deanwood Ltd.

Eileen has experience as NED for a large University as well as extensive experience across the public sector Leading on innovative HR, Change & Transformation. Taking an enabling approach to get the best from herself & colleagues.
Alan Clarke

Alan runs his own consultancy business talent@work specialising in strategy and people development. He has extensive experience as a Chief Executive and a Chair. Prior to setting up his own business Alan was Chief Executive of Quality Meat Scotland the promotions and development body for the Scottish red meat sector. He also plays drums in a punk rock band.
